Situated on Highway 27 about 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport, about 60 minutes from Sanford Airport and just 15 minute from Walt Disney World, the development of Esprit is a combination of residential and holiday homes. Esprit is well maintained by the Homeowners Association, who look after a large community pool, tennis courts and general landscaping, along with access to the 400 acre plus lake just a short stroll away. Check out the map for a better idea of location. All the major attractions are within easy reach. There are a large selection of shops, restaurants and supermarkets less than a 5-minute drive from the villa, and the Wal-Mart 24-hour Hypermarket is about ten miles away. Kissimmee with its shops and amusements is only about 15 minutes drive away. Florida isn't known as the Sunshine State for nothing, with an average of 361 days of sunshine per year! Summer temperatures generally range between 75F and 95F, with winter temperatures mostly between 50F and 75F.

The 1900 square foot villa itself is air-conditioned with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can sleep a maximum of ten people comfortably utilising the sofa bed in the front lounge. A baby cot is available free of charge. The villa is furnished to a high standard and comes complete with a fully fitted kitchen that includes dishwasher, microwave, big fridge/freezer and a large oven/hob. The laundry room has a washer and a dryer. Hairdryers, iron, ironing board and telephones are also provided. All local calls are free and there is a 24 hour Emergency Number for our Management Company. All linen is included, just remember to bring your beach towels.

Accommodation comprises a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, its own cable TV and direct access to the pool deck. Additionally, there are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, all sharing the family second bathroom. There are two large family rooms, one with cable TV and a VCR, a large dining room and a breakfast area overlooking the pool deck. See Floor Plan. For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted within the confines of the building. Ashtrays are provided for smokers to use on the pool deck only.

To the rear of the villa, and directly overlooking the 3rd tee of the Esprit golf course is the pool deck. Almost totally private and fully screened, the 44' long pool deck is home to a 24' heated swimming pool with underwater lighting. The pool heating is recommended from November to March (at an additional charge). Nothing beats a swim in your very own pool after a day at the parks. The pool area also comes equipped with comfortable patio furniture. The view from the pool deck is of the landscaped greens, lakes and fountains of the golf course. Why not book a round or two for yourself, or just enjoy the view? There are also community tennis courts available.

There are many, many attractions and parks in the Orlando area, and not just the bigger Disney, Universal Studios and Seaworld parks. Almost all restaurants and service stations carry a huge number of free leaflets and brochures for you to browse. Orlando is also well positioned for visiting Miami, the Gulf Coast, the Everglades and the Florida Keys. There are also many other more sporty activities, including Air-Boat rides, Jet-Skis, Fishing, Tennis and, of course, Golf. Shopping is another reason to visit Orlando, with many Factory outlets and shopping malls offering genuine bargains.
